The abundance of agriculture contributes to the livelihood of our migrant farm workers, warehouse workers, transportation industry, food industry, and sustainability in farm-to-table programs, among others. We have an opportunity for a Pediatric Advanced Practice Clinician at our Lincoln Avenue Medical-Dental Clinic in Yakima, WA! This role offers the opportunity to provide dedicated care and same-day appointments for children in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Who we are looking for:

• An Advanced Practice Clinician passionate about community health and family medicine, with a focus on pediatric patients
• A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations

Position Details:

• Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
• Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
• 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
• EMR system is EPIC
• Clinic Operational Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 7:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Position Highlights:

• Base compensation $141k - $160k per year. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.
• $15k Hiring Bonus

• 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala
• $50k student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after your start date

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
