At eddii, we believe specialty endocrine care can be more accessible, more continuous, and more connected to patients' everyday lives. We're building a new model of virtual endocrine care that combines expert clinical care technology, data driven insights, behavioral engagement, and an AI-powered patient experience. As we expand eddii-Care, we're looking for multiple board-certified Adult Endocrinologists to join our growing clinical team. This is an opportunity to practice endocrinology with flexibility, care for a diverse range of patients with endocrine conditions, and help shape how modern virtual specialty care should work.

What you'll do
• Provide virtual specialty care to adults across a diverse range of endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disease, PCOS, metabolic syndrome, osteoporosis, and more • Conduct telehealth consultations, review diagnostic testing, prescribe medications, and make referrals when appropriate • Interpret data from CGMs, insulin pumps, and other connected medical devices to optimize treatment plans
• Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans in collaboration with CDCES professionals, dietitians, certified medical assistants, and other members of the care team
• Help patients better understand their conditions, medications, and technology through clear, empathetic education • Maintain accurate clinical documentation consistent with regulatory and reimbursement requirements
• Bring your clinical perspective to the continued development of the eddii virtual care model and patient experience eddii | Adult Endocrinologists, Virtual Care

What we're looking for

Required

• MD with board certification in Endocrinology
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state
• At least 2 years of adult endocrinology experience after training
• Experience delivering care through telehealth
• Comfort working with EHR systems
• Excellent clinical communication and interpersonal skills

Especially exciting to us

• Licensure in multiple states
• Experience with digital health or remote patient monitoring
• Strong familiarity with diabetes technology, including CGMs and insulin pumps
• Curiosity about new approaches to patient engagement and chronic disease management
• Interest in helping build and improve new models of care
• Experience working in startup, high-growth, or fast-paced clinical environments
