This opportunity is designed for a seasoned critical-care nurse who is confident caring for high-acuity patients, responding to rapidly changing clinical conditions, and working independently within a fast-paced ICU/CCU environment. A minimum of 4 years of ICU experience is required. Responsibilities may include: Perform comprehensive assessments of critically ill patients Continuously monitor hemodynamic and cardiac status Recognize and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments according to physician orders Manage complex critical-care patients requiring advanced monitoring and intervention Interpret cardiac rhythms and clinical data Respond appropriately during rapid-response and emergency situations Collaborate closely with intensivists, physicians, respiratory therapy, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Educate and communicate with patients and families regarding treatment and care Follow hospital policies, infection-control standards, and patient-safety protocols Who We're Looking For We're looking for a highly experienced ICU nurse , not someone transitioning into critical care.
