Job Description

Manage collections processes for legal accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve outstanding account issues.

Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.

Communicate with clients to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes effectively.

Analyze account data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

Prepare and present reports on collection activities to management.

Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in collections.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Collector should have:

Experience with legal collections or similar financial processes.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in managing account records and preparing detailed reports.

Understanding of compliance requirements and legal regulations in collections.

Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
