Your Role Deliver flawless waxing services using our Exclusive Comfort Wax®. Build strong guest relationships and drive retail product sales through education and personalized recommendations. Meet and exceed monthly service, rebooking and product sales goals. Create a memorable guest experience that encourages repeat visits and referrals. Meet cleanliness and sanitation standards What You Bring: Valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License (required). A passion for skincare and a talent for upselling and cross-selling. Confidence in recommending products and services to meet guest needs. A goal-oriented mindset and a desire to grow your income. Looking to educate our guests on care solutions. Benefits (subject to eligibility)Full-Time Employees - Other Compensation & Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO): Accruals are based on role classification and years of service Paid Sick and Safe Leave (PSSL): Accrued at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked in Washington. WA Paid Family and Medical Leave: Participation in the state-mandated insurance program. Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance (1st of the month following 60 days).
