No.: HO2504009 Position Radiographer II Rank Radiographer II Pay HK$35,795 to HK$57,842 (HGPS PT 14 – 24) per month including Monthly Allowance Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end‑of‑contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. Key Responsibilities Provide basic imaging services in general radiography independently and assist Radiographer I and/or Radiologist in the delivery of special modality services. Entry Requirements A degree in Radiography from a university in Hong Kong or equivalent N1. A Certificate of Registration (Category D) (Part II) and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Radiographers Board, Hong Kong N2. Fluency in written English and Chinese as well as spoken English and Cantonese. The HA will arrange selection interviews with shortlisted candidates and will support applications of suitable candidates to Radiographer Board for Professional Registration under section 12(1)(b) of the SMPO. The HA will also assist successfully registered candidates who are non‑Hong Kong residents in obtaining employment visas from the Hong Kong Immigration Department prior to commencement of work. Appointed candidates pending for Registration (Category D) (Part II) under Radiographers Board, Hong Kong, would be offered a temporary part‑time appointment as Temporary Undergraduate Diagnostic Radiography Students (TUDR) with an hourly rate of HK$126. Once the registration and practising certificate are obtained, the contract would be converted from TUDR to contract full‑time Resident Diagnostic Radiographer. Additional Eligibility and Requirements Applicants who are expected to obtain Certificate of Registration (Category D) (Part II) and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Radiographers Board, Hong Kong, on or before 31 March 2026 may also apply. Post‑graduate applicants will be required to upload (1) final year transcript / school examination results of your professional studies, (2) all clinical placement results, (3) Certificate of Registration / Membership of your current registration status with the jurisdiction in which your qualification was conferred, and (4) documentary proof of your post‑graduate clinical experience in the "Attachment Upload" page when making online application. For graduates whose final year transcripts are not available, please attach school examination results of all school years currently available for reference. Selected applicants will be subject to central posting. Overseas candidates together with his/her eligible family members (up to four persons) may be granted economy class air passage from country of origin to Hong Kong as well as an economy class air passage on return upon completion of the terminal contract. A one‑off "Relocation Allowance", which is set at the employee’s two months’ basic salary or $60,000, whichever is the lower, may be granted to overseas recruits on a reimbursement basis.
