The Con Chellis Agency is a locally owned Allstate agency founded in Summerville, South Carolina. We're a hometown agency built on professionalism & trust. We are seeking a licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on Property and Casualty sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work in a positive, supportive environment with warm leads, experienced leadership, and clear earning opportunities.
- First-year earnings are normally around $48,000 to $68,000

Responsibilities- Sell Property and Casualty insurance to new and existing clients
- Educate customers on coverages, limits, and deductibles
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Follow up on warm leads to maximize sales opportunities
- Generate new business through outbound calls and referrals
- Assist current clients with policy questions and service needs
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven mindset
- Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage follow-up and sales activity independently
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
