As we prepare for our busy seasonal season, we're looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our Medical Billing team. This temporary opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and organization. Position Details Location: Phoenix, AZ Schedule: Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available; Monday - Friday Employment Type: Temporary / Seasonal (September-November) Compensation: $20.00-$21.00 per hour, based on experience. What You'll Do As a Medical Billing Specialist, you'll support the day-to-day operations of our Medical Billing department by: Accurately post patient charges into billing systems Post payments and reconcile billing transactions Scan, organize, and maintain medical and billing documentation Track, organize, and securely dispose of event paperwork Maintain accurate records while ensuring patient confidentiality Assist with additional billing and administrative projects as needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly. Preferred qualifications include: Previous medical billing experience preferred Familiarity with medical terminology Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to support a collaborative team Why Join Passport Health?
