Insurance Sales Representative - Spanish

We are seeking a Spanish Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join an established insurance agency in Norcross, Georgia .

This is a fully on-site, customer-facing sales position focused on building relationships with new and existing customers, generating new business, providing insurance quotes, and helping clients select appropriate coverage.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable having sales conversations in both Spanish and English , following up with leads, identifying customer needs, and converting opportunities into new business.

Previous insurance experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with strong sales or customer-service backgrounds who are willing to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) license before starting will also be considered.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Generate new insurance business through inbound leads, outbound follow-up, referrals, and other sales activities.
• Contact prospective customers to understand their insurance needs and identify appropriate coverage options.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes for auto, home, and other personal insurance products .
• Explain coverage options, policy details, pricing, and available products clearly to customers.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities through the sales process.
• Cross-sell and identify additional insurance needs among existing customers.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the sales and policy process.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activity, and follow-up records.
• Work toward individual sales and production goals.
• Communicate effectively with customers in both Spanish and English .
• Collaborate with the agency team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Fluent in both Spanish and English - Required.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building experience.
• Comfortable making calls, following up with leads, presenting options, and closing sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Professional, motivated, and comfortable working toward sales goals.
• Ability to work on-site in Norcross, GA, Monday through Friday .
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• An active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is preferred .
• Candidates without a P&C license may be considered if they are willing and able to obtain the license before starting employment .
• Previous experience selling personal-lines insurance, particularly auto and home insurance , is a plus.
• Insurance agency or producer experience is preferred but not mandatory.
