Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN), Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Located in South Carolina. This role involves providing specialized patient care for neurological, surgical, pulmonary, cardiology, and trauma patients in a multidisciplinary ICU setting. The position requires adapting to various advanced technology systems and fulfilling the needs of patients, families, and the community in compliance with licensure, certification, and regulatory standards.

Job Details

• Location: 302 UNIVERSITY PARKWAY, AIKEN, South Carolina, 29801
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: 2 years ICU acute care experience, RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications, CPI certification with advanced physical skills training, Cerner electronic health record experience, BSN degree preferred, and must reside at least 100 miles away from the facility
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The ICU cares for neurological, neuro-surgical, medical, surgical, pulmonary, cardiology, cardiothoracic, and trauma patients. Technology used includes ventilators, cardiac monitors, pulmonary artery catheters, ECMO/tandem heart, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), among others. The role involves a variety of patient care functions aligned with the nurses licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements.
