AI/ML Engineer, EB Applied AI and Analytics

Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain AI components and data pipelines that support applied AI use cases. Contribute to the development and operation of batch and real-time data/AI pipelines supporting AI model training and inference. Implement and maintain production AI assets in alignment with defined architecture, coding standards, and operational practices. Collaborate closely with senior Applied AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Architects, Scientists to implement approved solution designs. Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI services and workflows in production environments. Apply established CI/CD, testing, and observability practices to ensure solution quality and reliability. Assist in identifying, integrating, and validating data sources to ensure data quality and suitability for AI and analytics use cases. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing to continue developing applied AI and data engineering expertise. Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or applied AI / machine learning engineering. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, MIS, or a related discipline. Working experience with Python and SQL. Familiarity with data/AI/ML engineering concepts, including batch or streaming pipelines. Exposure to deploying applications or data workflows in AWS, Azure, or GCP. Ability to work effectively within defined architectural, security, and engineering environments. Work Schedule & Eligibility This role will have a Hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship. The company will not support the STEM OPT I-983 Training Plan endorsement for this position. Compensation The annualized base pay range for this role is: $100,960 - $151,440. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
