Lead Associate — Launch Bonus Eligible

Amazon is seeking a Lead Associate to join our Los Angeles area operations team. You will lead, train, and support a fast-paced workforce, ensure safe and accurate fulfillment, and contribute to a culture focused on customer obsession and continuous improvement. You’ll rotate across sites within 10 miles of the primary LA location and must be available seven days a week. Starting pay is $24.25 per hour, plus an internal launch bonus of $10,000, subject to payroll withholdings. #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
