Salary:
• $95,000–$131,000+ base salary, plus uncapped commission
• Higher compensation may be available depending on location and experience

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an Infusion Territory Sales Rep to drive specialty pharmacy growth across the Northeast/New England territory .

The candidate will be based in the Northeast, preferably in Connecticut , and will cover CT, NH, Maine, and Western Massachusetts . Rhode Island is not included.

This is a field-based sales role requiring approximately 50–70% travel . The Infusion Territory Sales Rep will build relationships with healthcare providers, clinical teams, and pharmaceutical partners while increasing specialty pharmacy referrals and utilization.

Key therapeutic areas include Oncology, Dermatology, Rheumatology, and Gastroenterology.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and clinical teams
• Meet regularly with physicians, biologic coordinators, medical assistants, and other stakeholders
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies
• Identify key accounts and referral opportunities
• Manage and document a consistent sales call cycle
• Educate providers on specialty pharmacy services and reimbursement processes
• Support specialty medication referrals and patient access
• Build relationships with pharmaceutical partners
• Use Salesforce and other tools to track activity and analyze performance
• Monitor competitors, market trends, business opportunities, and threats
• Communicate market intelligence and account activity to leadership
• Attend sales meetings, conferences, training programs, and industry events
• Travel approximately 50–70% throughout the assigned territory

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 6+ years of pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, healthcare, or related experience
• Specialty pharmacy experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Oncology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology, and/or Rheumatology highly preferred
• Strong understanding of specialty medications and biologics
• Knowledge of referrals, reimbursement, and patient access
• Strong provider relationship-building and sales skills
• Salesforce/CRM experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment
• Willingness to travel 50–70%
