BartenderWe are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations.Responsibilities:Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patronsInteract with customers, take orders, and serve drinksAssess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendationsMix traditional and creative cocktailsProcess payment from customersCheck customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking ageRestock and replenish bar inventory and suppliesStay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experienceComply with all food and beverage regulationsOpen and maintain tabs throughout their shiftBuild a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphereRequirements and Skills:Proven working experience as a BartenderKnowledge of applicable laws and regulationsExtensive knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktailsUnderstanding of unique and complementary flavor pairingsImpeccable customer service and social perceptivenessAbility to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsivenessAbility to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcoholAccountability in maintaining inventory and processing paymentsPhysical ability to stand and walk for long periods of timePositive attitude and excellent communication skillsAbility to keep the bar organized, stocked and cleanRelevant training certificateAble to work in a fast-paced environmentBe a team playerBenefits: Competitive pay and great team environment
