What You Will Do Employment Type/Shift: ex FT/Days Practices under the direct supervision of an RN Leader guided by nursing policies and procedures. Using Quality Caring Model, demonstrates acceptable performance, and applies nursing process to plan and manage care of routine patients, including patient and family education, and continuum of care planning. Minimum Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program ADN; BSN preferred. Current Registered Nurse licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State (new graduate nurses in process of obtaining licensure encouraged to apply).
