Learn more about the team and the work you can do at Who You Are You are a high performer with 3 to 6 years of finance experience at a top‑tier law firm, primarily representing private equity sponsors, private companies, and other borrowers in secured transactions, particularly in connection with acquisition financings and refinancings. You are a collaborative team player with strong initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrable client relationship skills. You can communicate complex matters clearly and concisely in oral and written form. You are eager to grow professionally and actively contribute to firm and practice initiatives. You are a member of the State Bar of California.
