What Success Looks Like in This Role As a Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for keeping production running efficiently and profitably while maintaining the highest standards in safety, documentation, and customer service. You’ll be hands-on in: Organizing and deploying crews quickly to respond to emergency water damage projects Coordinating dispatching, scheduling, and daily priorities to keep jobs moving Running morning meetings , setting expectations, and driving accountability Keeping the warehouse organized and stocked , ensuring supplies and equipment are clean, maintained, and ready Training and developing technicians on industry regulations, standards, and best practices Performing random job site visits to monitor safety, quality, and productivity Working closely with Regional leadership to hit weekly production goals and maintain labor/supply targets Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Water Crew Chief, Field Supervisor, or Production Manager (required) IICRC certifications preferred: WRT, FRT, OCT, ASD Clean, valid driver’s license Ability to pass background check and drug screening Willingness to travel out of town when needed Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills Ability to operate with urgency while staying organized and professional Compensation & Benefits Salary: $60,000+ (based on experience) Company-provided vehicle, phone, and laptop Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days Ready to Build a Career Here?
