Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Long Term Care

CNA – Geriatric Psychiatry

Schedule: 8, 12-hour shifts; Days 6a-2:30p & 6a-6:30p; every other weekend and holiday.

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 36 to 40 hours per week Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements:

BLS Certification required.
Licensure: Must have an active state license.
Experience in geriatric and psychiatric settings preferred.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities.
Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Implement care plans as directed by nursing staff.
