We offer a comprehensive benefits package including: Life Insurance & Accidental Death & Dismemberment Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) Retirement Savings Program and Non-Qualified Thrift Plan Top Producer Recognition & Incentive Programs What You'll Do As a Senior Financial Advisor, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to individuals, families, and business owners by delivering sophisticated financial planning and wealth management strategies. Responsibilities include: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. Deliver comprehensive financial planning, retirement planning, investment management, insurance, estate planning, and wealth preservation strategies. Help clients accumulate, protect, and efficiently transfer wealth across generations. Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through holistic planning. Collaborate with internal specialists to provide customized planning solutions. Continue growing your practice through referrals, networking, and business development initiatives. Maintain exceptional service standards while ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications We're looking for experienced advisors who are passionate about helping clients achieve financial success. Preferred qualifications include: 5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, Financial Planner, or related advisory role. Demonstrated success managing and growing client relationships. Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 or 66 registrations. Active Life, Accident & Health Insurance License. CFP®, ChFC®, CFA®, CIMA®, or other advanced designations are strongly preferred (or currently pursuing). Strong financial planning, investment management, and relationship management experience. Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes. Excellent communication, presentation, and business development skills.
