Residential Roofing Site Superintendent

NEXGEN Roofing is looking for an experienced Residential Roofing Site Superintendent to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

The Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing residential roofing projects from start to finish, making sure every job is completed safely, on time, on budget, and to NEXGEN's quality standards .

Responsibilities include:

• Supervise residential roofing projects and subcontractor crews
• Manage jobsite safety and ensure proper roofing and OSHA safety practices are followed
• Keep projects on schedule and help control labor and material costs
• Inspect work throughout the project for quality and proper installation
• Coordinate materials, crews, deliveries, and jobsite logistics
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and the NEXGEN team
• Identify jobsite issues early and help develop practical solutions
• Perform final quality-control inspections and punch-list management
• Understand roofing repairs and be able to diagnose common leak and roofing issues
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
• Document job progress, issues, and completion accurately

Experience We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of roofing or roofing construction experience
• Strong experience with steep-slope residential roofing systems
• Working knowledge of low-slope roofing systems
• Good understanding of roof repairs, leak diagnosis, flashing, penetrations, and common roofing failures
• Experience managing roofing crews, subcontractors, or construction jobsites
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety
• Ability to read scopes of work and understand roofing details
• Ability to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation to and from work
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to provide strong professional references
• Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
