Client Engagement: Actively reach out to potential clients to introduce and explain insurance products.

Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' individual insurance needs.

Policy Recommendations: Provide personalized recommendations based on clients' specific situations and desires.

Sales Execution: Guide clients through the sales process, ensuring they understand product options and benefits.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to secure renewals and referrals.

Knowledge Enhancement: Stay up-to-date with insurance regulations and new products to offer informed advice.

Licensing: Active Oklahoma Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales is mandatory. Only candidates with previous insurance sales experience will be considered for this role.
