Our product portfolio comprises general purpose and specialized 8-bit, 16-bit, and 32-bit microcontrollers, 32-bit microprocessors, field-programmable gate array (FPGA) products, a broad spectrum of high-performance linear, mixed-signal, power management, thermal management, radio frequency (RF), timing, safety, security, wired connectivity and wireless connectivity devices, as well as serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), Serial Flash memories, Parallel Flash memories, and serial Static Random Access Memory (SRAM). We also license Flash-IP solutions that are incorporated in a broad range of products.Job Description• Develops new prospects and interacts with existing and new clients to increase sales of an organization's products and/or services.• Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies. • Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the department's sales volume.• May recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential in various end markets.• Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.• Acts as advisor to sales support team regarding projects, tasks, and operations related to responsible region and market.Job RequirementsMinimum Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or equivalent. A degree in engineering or equivalent preferred.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales • Experience in complex selling of hardware, software and service product offerings.• Demonstrated proficiency and track record of success in sales. • Experience in Large Account Management and Strategic Sales.• Experience with channel management (Distribution, Manufacturer's Representatives and Value-Added Resellers) preferred.• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).• Must be self-starter and be able to initiate and complete tasks with minimum supervision.• Must have strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.• Position requires periodic travel.
