Work Now Staffing is looking to hire General Laborers for our Geneva client.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift - 2:30pm - 11:00pm, Monday - Friday
Job Summary:
- Load and unload plastic materials and finished parts from production equipment
- Inspect bushings for defects, cracks, incorrect sizing, or other quality concerns
- Measure or check finished parts according to production specifications
- Trim, deburr, clean, or finish plastic components as needed
- Count, sort, label, package, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Follow work orders, production instructions, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Report equipment issues, defective products, or production concerns to a supervisor
- Meet daily production and quality expectations
- Perform other production duties as assigned
