We're looking for an experienced Automotive Title Clerk who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and getting the job done right. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced dealership environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, and tag work accurately and on time
• Review deal jackets to ensure all required documentation is complete
• Process title applications, lien releases, and payoffs
• Handle dealer trades and title transfers
• Maintain title schedules and follow up on outstanding titles
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Assist the accounting office with additional duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Automotive dealership title experience is required
• Knowledge of state title and registration processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; dealership management system experience is a plus
