Medical Laboratory Technician

Role Overview Seek skilled Cath Lab Technicians to assist in cardiac catheterization procedures, operate specialized equipment, and deliver high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. Prepare patients, monitor vital signs, and ensure safety throughout procedures. Operate and maintain Cath Lab equipment, including fluoroscopy and hemodynamic systems. Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, responding promptly to emergencies. Maintain sterile techniques and ensure safety compliance. Accurately document procedures, patient data, and equipment use. Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes. Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Associate's degree or certificate in cardiovascular technology, radiology, or related field. RCIS or ARRT certification preferred; state license as required. BLS and ACLS certifications. 1–2 years of Cath Lab experience preferred.
