Head of VIP

Responsibilities: Analysis and monitoring of the main KPIs; Design and manage VIP loyalty programs Oversee the management of high‑value VIP clients, ensuring personalized and exceptional service. Mentor and manage the VIP team Collaborate with the Product and Tech teams to develop tools and features that enhance the VIP experience. Explore new technologies (e.g., AI, CRM systems) to improve VIP management and personalization Organize exclusive events, physical gifts for VIP players. Coordinate with departments to improve VIP segment; Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience in gaming industry; Analytical and strategic thinking skills; Data‑driven and user‑oriented approach is a must; Experience in team management; Knowledge of different CRM systems and experience in setting up the trial and onboarding processes using them (Intercom, WA messengers, Customer.io) Experience and knowledge working with main KPIs such as Retention Rate, GGR, NGR, ARPU; Knowledge of analytical tools, Excel. Ability to analyze, interpret, draw conclusions and implement solutions to a variety of complex issues; What we offer: Full time remote work opportunities and flexible working hours.
