Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury)

Position Overview We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across all phases of personal injury litigation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has experience managing cases from filing through trial. Responsibilities Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents File documents in state and federal courts (e-filing) Coordinate discovery, subpoenas, and depositions Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court staff Maintain organized case files and track deadlines Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits and witness materials Support attorneys during trial as needed Requirements 5+ years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred) Experience in PI, workers’ compensation, premises liability, or related practice areas Trial experience strongly preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Excellent written and verbal communication skills This position is fully on-site; remote or hybrid work is not available Salary Range $70,000-$110,000 West Coast Trial Lawyers offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer contributions, paid time off, sick leave, and holidays, as well as firm-sponsored team lunches. #J-18808-Ljbffr WEST COAST TRIAL LAWYERS APLC
