Shipping Administrator

PeopleShare is hiring a Shipping Administrator in Warminster, PA. This role supports daily shipping, receiving, and logistics activities for a manufacturing operation.

Shipping Admin Details:

• Schedule: 8am-4:30pm
• Pay Rate: $17-18 hour based on previous experience
• Location: Warminster, PA

Shipping Admin Description:

• Enter and maintain accurate shipment, inventory, and order information in ERP, shipping, and carrier systems
• Enter and maintain accurate information in Sage X3
• Create and process repair estimates and customer quotations
• Review and complete sales orders for accuracy
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, quotes, and repair authorizations
• Communicate effectively with customers, sales staff, management, and internal departments
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

Shipping Admin Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 13 years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics administration, warehouse administration, manufacturing support, or a related role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy. Ability to prioritize multiple shipments and administrative tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
