Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) is the global media platform for Publicis Groupe. PMX created an Addressable Media practice, called PMX Lift. This practice combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Publicis-owned Epsilon and strategic media partners to offer cross-channel planning, execution, and measurement. PMX Lift is an omnichannel activation practice that drives smart application of investment through leveraging scale, marketplace innovation, deeper partnerships, and intelligence. PMX is at the forefront of the converging marketplace executing data-informed, tech-enabled media to help marketers connect with consumers in a measurable way.

To accommodate increased demand, the PMX Lift team is adding to our Investment department, responsible for planning and executing advanced media across multiple vendors. We are looking for talented and highly motivated Senior Vice President, Vice President, Director, Associate Director, Supervisor, Specialist, Senior Associate, Associate of Investment to join the growing team and help drive all aspects of building and executing PMX Lift campaigns across a range of categories.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. On top of invaluable experience in the fast-growing, audience based deterministic landscape, these roles will have the chance to work across a variety of client brands and category verticals and the opportunity to collaborate with different teams of experts. Must haves for this role include a working knowledge of addressable media, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a humble and hardworking attitude. Responsibilities

• Understand and explain what PMX Lift is and summarize what each of our offerings entail and the strategy behind them.
• Have a working knowledge of the entire PMX Lift planning/activation workflow and general R&Rs of each team.
• Produce accurate, error free work (i.e. have strong attention to detail).
• Support Senior Associate(s) and Supervisors(s) in all day-to-day campaign related tasks.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Be an active participant on the team with a hand-raising attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal partners, agency teams, and vendors through solution-oriented, collaborative, and quick communication methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years of experience within an agency, media company, or related field.
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital media landscapes.
• Experience with Advanced TV platforms and technologies and/or programmatic systems (DSP, SSP), ad delivery mechanics, identity, and attribution.
• Proven ability to analyze data for actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and client engagement.
• Experience in developing and maintaining client presentations and reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).

Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $93,600.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
