Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Current SLP state license
• Valid SLP Educator Certificate
• Active IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience or desire to work in a school environment with diverse student populations
• Expertise in evaluation and therapy for preschool and early childhood ages
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide direct and consultative speech-language services
• Manage and adapt individualized caseloads (caseload size may vary; some roles emphasize evaluation, others ongoing therapy)
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor student progress, maintain thorough records, and communicate outcomes
• Participate in Child Find activities, screenings, and referral processes
• Engage with families and contribute to IEP meetings
• Comply with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations
