About the Role:
Soccer Stars is looking for an energetic and passionate Youth Soccer Coach to join our team in Boca Raton, FL! This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire young athletes, build foundational soccer skills, and make a lasting impact on the next generation of players. Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate soccer practices and drills for youth players
• Teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork
• Supervise and ensure the safety of all players during practices and games
• Provide positive, constructive feedback to help players develop confidence and ability
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress and schedules
• Set up and break down equipment before and after sessions
• Foster a fun, inclusive, and sportsmanlike environment for all participants

Requirements:

• Previous experience coaching, teaching, or working with youth in a sports setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and player development fundamentals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents
• Patient, enthusiastic, and encouraging coaching demeanor
• Reliable transportation 
• Background check required
