Loan Processor

We’re hiring a Loan Processor to manage the end-to-end processing of mortgage loans while delivering an exceptional experience for our borrowers. Prefer candidates who are located in Bozeman, Montana or Helena, Montana. What You’ll Do: Review loan submissions for accuracy and completeness Order and manage third-party services, including appraisals, title work, and payoffs Partner with Underwriters, Loan Officers, and Loan Officer Assistants to prepare files for clear-to-close Manage an active loan pipeline and help ensure target closing dates are met Maintain knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA, and other loan programs Support disclosure operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Safeguard sensitive borrower information and maintain confidentiality What You Bring: 3+ years of mortgage loan processing and/or basic underwriting experience Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA, MSHDA, OHFA, and FHLB loan products Strong organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mortgage loan origination systems Self-motivated and resourceful approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent required Why Join Northpointe?
