On our team, you'll translate your customer's software needs and future goals into a comprehensive roadmap while advising on current development status. Your technical expertise will be vital as you support the development of mission critical systems.

In this role, you'll directly impact F-35 mission critical software by advising the Program Office. With your technical expertise, mentoring, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, you'll help grow a team that develops the best solutions for our customers.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience as a team lead of a full-stack software development team

• 5+ years of experience with Agile frameworks

• 5+ years of experience using task management software, such as Jira

• Knowledge of DoW acquisition and system engineering processes

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working DoW SAP and Collateral networks

• Experience with software estimation

• Experience with weapon system senor data, data fusion, combat ID, mission data files, or reprogramming labs

• Knowledge of administration of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
