Job Description
As a Security Officer - Console Operator for Plaza in Los Angeles CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional in a commercial real estate location where you will monitor activity coordinate responses to security-related incidents support access control and badge processes and provide outstanding customer this dynamic role you will help maintain smooth operations through clear communication teamwork and a caring reliable approach that reflects our values of agility innovation and integrity.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants visitors and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.
- Monitor phones radios alarms cameras and/or other dispatch systems receive calls for service and relay information to on-site personnel in a calm problem-solving manner.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations by documenting details prioritizing requests and coordinating communication with property management first responders and/or Allied Universal personnel as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate activity logs incident reports and dispatch records to support daily operations and help with timely follow-up on security-related matters.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed while remaining prepared to support dispatch responsibilities in changing working environments and conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Security experience of 6 months is required.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A guard card/license is preferred.
- Access control/badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
