divh2Sales Assistant/h2pThe Sales Assistant supports the effective operation of the sales department by providing administrative coordination, customer communication support, and data management. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of sales staff and follow-ups while assisting the Manager in organizing schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining departmental workflows. The objective of this position is to enhance team efficiency, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to the achievement of overall sales and service goals./ppGreat communication abilities, including written and verbal communication/ppTime-management skills to respond to customer emails and calls/ppMultitasking and organizational skills to work on multiple issues at one time/ppTeamwork skills to collaborate with representatives and coworkers in other departments/ppEscalating queries and concerns, when necessary/ppInterpersonal and customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with customers/ppActive listening and the ability to determine what customers need/ppDetailed oriented/ppComputer knowledge of Microsoft Applications - Outlook, advanced Excel skills; HUBSPOT, CRM software/ppSelf-driven/ppMust be accurate with numbers and order entry/ppAbility to adapt as the company grows and changes/ppPrevious manufacturing, accounting and scheduling experience helpful/ppCollege education preferred./ppEnsure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary./ppCapable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions./ppMaintain manufacturing-based customer accounts. Each customer has unique processes./ppImplement CRM software and maintain incoming information./ppWill require internal follow up with other departments./ppCreate and maintain physical and electronic records/ppQuote logs - new and existing business/ppPotential business log - periodic status reporting/ppCustomer agreements/NDAs/ppAll quote preparation and submission, electronic quote submission./ppKnowledge of USMCA/ppUnderstanding and daily use of HUBSPOT/ppCreating sample costing/ppUpdates on House accounts/ppFollowing up with Engineering and Sales/ppMaintain customer visit schedule/ppHelp to create tools/documents for sales and customer onboarding/ppWork closely with production, quality, accounting, purchasing and shipping/receiving/ppOther duties as assigned/ppInteplast Group is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
