Superintendent - Traveling

Job Summary Ryan Companies US, Inc. is looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our Seattle team. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of on‑site project management experience in construction, a valid driver’s license, and successful completion of a pre‑employment drug and alcohol test. Key Responsibilities Manage subcontractor performance. Develop, track, and maintain critical path method (CPM) schedules. Oversee general construction budgets, safety programs, and personnel training. Review design documents and shop drawings for compliance. Assist the project team with material procurement and integrate purchases into the master schedule. Establish and monitor a comprehensive quality control (QC) program. Value‑engineer projects throughout their lifecycle. Make sound decisions and create innovative solutions using available resources. Communicate and coordinate effectively with all project team members. Travel to projects as required. Qualification Requirements Minimum 10 years of construction experience. Post‑high‑school education or equivalent in the construction field. Valid driver’s license. Successful completion of pre‑employment and random drug and alcohol testing. Experience with BIM and/or CAD and current building codes. Proficiency in MS Project scheduling and knowledge of the Senior Living and Hospitality markets. Spanish language ability is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $130,000 – $160,000 per year (dependent on location and candidate qualifications). Potential eligibility for commission and incentive programs.
