Your expertise and work ethic will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational success.Primary ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest technical tools and administrative systems.Demonstrate courteous and professional interactions with all customers.Assist as a secondary greeter near the Service Drive to welcome customers.Stay updated with technical publications, Service Comm, and Asist terminal operations.Deliver safe and reliable vehicle services on the first attempt.Address original customer concerns before offering additional services.Inspect vehicles for maintenance aligned with local and factory recommendations and identify additional sales opportunities.Ensure customers’ vehicles are returned clean or cleaner than when received.Participate actively in factory and in-house training programs.Complete all required documentation accurately and maintain organization of repair orders.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Maintain punctuality, readiness to work, and adhere to uniform standards.Work HoursThis is a full-time position with scheduled hours as assigned by management.Equal OpportunityRoss Downing Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintains a drug-free workplace.Ready to Advance Your Career?If you are committed to quality and customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply and become a valued member of our team.

Job Requirement:QualificationsExperience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models.Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Professional appearance and strong work ethic.High-energy personality with a positive attitude.Ability to read and understand instructions clearly.Sound judgment and decision-making skills.Valid State driver's license with a good driving record.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent.ASE certification demonstrating technical aptitude is required.Technical or trade school degree preferred.
