Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in health-related field such as Exercise technology, Nutrition, Health Behaviors and/or Health Education *Or a bachelors degree and the pre-requisites for a medical related program (i.e. PA, PT, OT, SLP, RN) *Or five years experience as a Rehab Tech at PHS in lieu of Bachelors Degree.
