Shift schedule: Night Shift (Monday – Thursday, 8pm – 6:30am). Full‑time Weekend Shift (Friday – Sunday, 6am – 6pm). What you will experience in this position Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine job requirements. Set up, operate, and adjust fabrication and welding equipment to assemble components. Perform welding on steel, aluminum, copper, and other materials as required. Inspect parts and completed welds using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met. Perform finishing work, including grinding, cleaning, and removing excess material. Use cutting tools such as torches or plasma cutters as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through regular housekeeping. Collaborate with team members and leads to meet production goals. Assist with or provide guidance and training to less experienced team members (level dependent). You have Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions. Experience or familiarity with welding and fabrication processes and equipment. Knowledge of basic measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, micrometers, etc.). Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery. Commitment to quality, safety, and productivity standards. Ability to complete work accurately and on schedule with minimal errors. Willingness to learn and grow skills within the fabrication trade. Dependable attendance and ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach for extended periods. Frequent use of hands and fingers for grasping, handling tools, and repetitive tasks. Ability to lift, push, and pull materials and equipment (up to 50lbs occasionally). Ability to work at heights, in confined or tight spaces, and around moving machinery. Ability to work in variable indoor and outdoor environments, including noise, dust, heat, and cold. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision plans with flexible spending accounts.
