Clinical Registered Nurse

Bethesda Health seeks a compassionate Clinical Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centered care to seniors across skilled nursing and rehab settings. The RN will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, coordinate individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes. Responsibilities include educating residents and families, documenting in the EHR, supporting spiritual and emotional needs in a faith-based environment, mentoring CNAs, and participating in quality and infection control initiatives. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing monitoring of senior residents Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies safely and accurately Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EHR in a timely manner Educate residents and families on conditions, medications, and care plans Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to optimize resident outcomes Support infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives Provide compassionate, faith-aligned emotional and spiritual support within scope Supervise, mentor, and support CNAs and other support staff Respond to changes in resident condition and emergencies using sound clinical judgment Required Skills Patient assessment Care planning Wound care Medication administration IV therapy Electronic health records (EHR) Patient and family education Infection prevention Care coordination Clinical documentation #J-18808-Ljbffr Bethesda Health Group
