Job Description

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) where you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered healthcare. We are seeking skilled and compassionate nurses who can handle complex medical situations and demonstrate excellence in critical care nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults and geriatric patients in the ICU.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and manage ventilator settings.
• Perform assessments and document patient care accurately using electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans.
• Utilize advanced skills in neuro, surgical, and cardiac patient management.
• Participate in continuing education and maintain certifications as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess an active RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in ICU or similar critical care settings.
• Experience with ventilator management, sedation, cardiac care, and EKG interpretation is essential.
