Warehouse Selector

Position Summary

We are seeking Warehouse Selectors for a leading national supply chain and distribution company in Lockbourne, OH. In this position, you will play a key role in keeping operations moving by accurately selecting and preparing customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick full-case product orders from warehouse storage locations
• Read or scan labels to identify product details and quantities
• Stack and organize cases onto pallets or carts
• Transport orders to designated dock areas using powered equipment
• Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, productivity, and safety
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift, move, and stack product throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate visual checks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to follow safety procedures and work instructions

Employment Type & Compensation

• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
• Compensation: $21.00 per hour
• Application Period: This position will remain open until filled

Work Schedule

• 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – until job is completed
