Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree10+ years of technical or advisory-related experience in profitability reporting, product or service costing, and cost allocations5+ years of direct people management experience leading teams on complex projects; 4+ years of experience overseeing multiple project teams, leading change initiatives in a project management role, and managing project or resource budgets4+ years of experience working with and managing data sets, including extracting and merging data from source systems, transforming data, and performing descriptive analytics; 3+ years of experience with SAP BW/4HANA, native SAP HANA modeling, or SAP Profitability and Performance Management; experience with SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Profitability Cost Management (PCM)2+ years of experience supporting pre-sales, proposals, and request for proposal activitiesAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $193,700 to $322,900. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
