Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join a growing behavioral health team in Layton, Utah. The physician will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to children and adolescents ages 4-18, including evaluations, medication management, and therapy services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy services as desired.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide clinical supervision and training to mental health professionals.

Requirements:

• Graduation from a U.S. medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Psychiatry Residency.
• Completion of a Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Active Utah medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical environment.
