Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Position Overview As an outpatient pediatric occupational therapist, you'll work with children from birth to age twenty-one, providing individualized care plans and involving parents and caregivers in sessions to promote skill transfer at home. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional pediatric occupational therapy services across various specialties such as neuro, orthopedics, pelvic health, and more. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, mentors, and educational partners to ensure clinical excellence. Utilize innovative tools like AI documentation (ScribeIQ) to enhance efficiency, allowing more patient interaction. Participate in clinical education, mentorship, and continuous professional development through residency programs and external partnerships. Maintain current licensure and focus on delivering high-quality patient outcomes, evidenced by recognized performance metrics. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program. Current or pending state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Passion for exceptional patient care and outcomes.
