Director of Emergency Services – Hospital Leadership Opportunity Permanent Position We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to serve as Director of Emergency Services at our hospital. Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Responsibilities As Director, you will oversee all aspects of our Emergency Department operations, ensuring that our patients receive high‑quality, compassionate, and efficient care. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and hospital leadership to drive performance, manage resources, and foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.
