Forklift OperatorCarlstadt, New Jersey, United StatesJob OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our hardware company team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, load, unload, and organize materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts safely and efficiently to move products and materialsLoad and unload trucks, deliveries, and shipmentsOrganize inventory and maintain accurate stock placementPick, pack, and prepare orders for shipmentInspect forklifts and equipment daily to ensure proper operationMaintain a clean and organized warehouse environmentFollow company safety procedures and warehouse policiesAssist with general warehouse duties as neededQualificationsPrevious forklift operating experience preferredForklift certification is a plusAbility to lift up to 50 lbs consistentlyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and punctuality requiredBenefitsCompetitive hourly payStable Monday–Friday scheduleOpportunity for growth within the companySupportive team environment
