About The Role As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the friendly, reliable presence that individuals interact with throughout their program experience. You'll help create a welcoming environment, guide people through scheduled sessions, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Your role focuses on building trust, providing encouragement, and creating a positive experience from start to finish. No specialized experience required. We provide comprehensive paid training and certification, so you feel confident in your role. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one support during scheduled service sessions Operate specialized program equipment and tools (training provided) Encourage participants using simple tools like journaling, goal setting, and reflection Keep accurate records of session progress and communicate updates with team membersCreate a welcoming, calm environment for every individual you work with Who We're Looking For We hire people for their attitude, compassion, and reliability — not just their background. Preferred Backgrounds Customer service Hospitality Retail Education Coaching or mentoring roles Any people-focused profession Minimum Requirements 2+ years of full-time professional experience (any industry) Strong verbal and written communication skills Reliable, punctual, and open to feedback Authorized to work in the U.S. Background check and drug screening required Why Join Serenity?
