LOCATION: Fort Smith
To provide direct client care as well as supervision of Qualified Behavioral Health Providers employed by Harbor House, Inc. Qualifications

Must be proficient in all Office Suite productivity tools: Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Outlook. Must be knowledgeable of Electronic Health Record systems. Must be an LCSW or LPC. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, analytical and problem solving skills; customer service skills, and supervision of personnel, including counselors. Must have knowledge of state rules and regulations; excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills. Education and/or Experience
Possess independent Behavioral Health licensure in Arkansas as an LCSW or LPC with five (5) years' experience in behavioral health services. Physical Demands

The individual must be able to sit for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds. Job Duties
- Provide direct behavioral health
- Delegate and oversee work assignments of Qualified Behavioral Health Providers, Certified Peer Specialists, Certified Youth Support Specialists and Certified Family Support Partners.
- Ensure compliance and conformity to the provider's policies and
- Provide direct supervision of Qualified Behavioral Health Providers, Certified Peer Specialists, Certified Youth Support Specialists and Certified Family Support
- Provide case consultation and in-service
- Observe and evaluate performance of Qualified Behavioral Health Providers, Certified Youth Specialists, and Certified Family Support Partners.
- Provide supervision as a LMHP, to include:
- Attend and actively participate in Learning
- Monitor programs to comply with state and CARF
- Other duties as
- Ensure compliance with quality treatment
