Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous school-based SLP experience or knowledge of IEP processes preferred
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and technology for remote service delivery
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Enthusiasm for engaging with students, educators, and families to support learning goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Deliver evidence-based therapy in person, via teletherapy, or both, according to students’ needs
• Monitor progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in regular team meetings
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute actively to a positive learning environment
